It's New Year's Eve and that means it's time for some glitter, sparkle and shine. In celebration of the holiday, and of an incredible year in fashion, we'd like to recognize the most scintillating looks from the red carpet. From mini skirts to gowns, these looks attracted flashbulbs like a moth to a flame.
