 It's your last moment to make a style statement this year, so why not wear something spectacular for New Year's Eve. If you have a black tie event, go glamorous in a sparkly gown like Lea Michele's. If your fete is a little less dressy but still calls for a dress, try a flirty number like Carrie Underwood's short cocktail dress. Or perhaps your plans are more low-key, in which case you can forego the dress, but keep texture and fabric in mind; Angelina Jolie did this beautifully in a sumptuous combination of velvet and satin. For makeup, emphasize the eyes and keep the lips bare so they're ready for a midnight kiss.
